Description of Work: Zapata's installed hardscaping in 2 hilly areas; one quite steep. He was able to look at pictures of examples we liked and modify for our environment/space. In setting the stepping stones, his employees took the removed sod and repurposed it in other areas of the year! That was a pleasant surprise to see. Zapata's also covered all landscaped areas with mulch and took the time to dig our the perimeter to keep in the mulch. Everything looks soooo nice! We entered into contract with Zapata's mid April and told them we didn't care when the work was done over the summer, but there was a 2 week window we didn't want work going on around the house. All of the work completed immediately after our down payment. Zapata's is also mowing our yard each week and they do a nice job of cleaning up after themselves.
