When coming back into the house to do a presentation I told them that my wife had to leave for another appointment. I was informed that it is company policy to only do the sales presentation if all parties are there. Having phoned the office to receive permission to do the presentation in the absence of my wife, the first question to me was "Do you plan on signing off for the work today?" They never began the presentation. I told them that I always like to sleep on decisions involving major expenditures. The principal salesman then told me that it was company policy to do a one interview close and if I was not prepared to sign off for the work today I was wasting their time. I replied that they had their policies and I had mine. They gathered their materials and abruptly left. The company has not contacted me again. What ever happened to old fashioned bidding?

WE ASKED THE COMPANY TO RETURN & FIX A PORTION OF THE GUTTER GUARD & THEY CAME BACK WITHIN 2 DAYS. IMPRESSIVE. ABOUT 2-3 MONTHS AFTER WORK WAS DONE MY HUSBAND CALLED AGAIN & THE SALES PERSON WAS GONE & THE MAN WHO ANSWERED WAS NOT HELPFUL. A CALL TO THE MAIN OFFICE WAS BEST & SOMEONE WAS OUT THE NEXT DAY.
