+ -1 moreThe condo had a lot of problems. Nikki was responsive and professional at all times. She had to be a liaison between the owner, me, and many handimen . It wasn't always a smooth process and there were a lot of misunderstandings. Nikki worked toward resolution of the problems and was very tolerant of my fustrations.
Description of Work: Nikki worked for the company which was the property manager for the condo I was rentlng.

+ -1 moreWe have had many problems with renting the condo, none of them having to do with Nikki. She has been professional and helpful throughout the whole process. She has worked diligently with us to resolve all the problems we have encountered. We are from out of town and don't know the area and she has even helped us find the services we need.
Description of Work: Nikki helped my husband and me in our relocation from Ohio to North Carolina. She worked with us to find a condo to rent.
