+ -1 moreThe representative did speak with us several times when we wanted to purchase the warranty, but no one has responded when we had a problem despite multiple efforts to call and email.
Description of Work: We purchased their policy for our home. When we had a leak during a rain storm, we called repeatedly over a ten day period, sent emails. There is a recording that they will be back in touch. To date, no one has called us.
