Cleaning was fine. Communication was horrible. They never called for the second cleaning to get a schedule for bi-weekly cleaning. When we reached out there was no response to several text messages to the cleaner or the company owner. Finally they replied and said they planned to be there Monday morning. We responded and said please confirm a time. No reply! Then asked again, no reply finally after several texts over several hours we called and texted again and finally they answered and said yeah we will be there at that time. We rescheduled at that point as we had another commitment Come up that we were trying to schedule around. However with no reply we confirmed that event. When we finally got a reply it was too late. Come the evening of the rescheduled service. And again the same unresponsive issues. We fired them because they just can't communicate.

She did an excellent job on my entire house! My wood floors look amazing. Her staff is extremely friendly and understands exactly what excellent service means. I will be using her company from now on. The rates for the work done is great. I waljed into my home and was amazed at how clean and fresh everything was. Great job!

Thank you for a wonderful cleaning job! I have been using Maid Service of Lake Norman for over a year and have always been pleased with their work, dedication and most of all the flexibility they allow me to have with my crazy work schedule!

I contacted Stephanie of Maid Service of Lake Norman after seeing an ad on a local deal site (groupon, livingsocial, amazon local). She told me that for the $50 advertised price she could do 2 hours of cleaning ON 3/16 which was just about sufficient as I was cleaning the refrigerator and stove and we were having a carpet cleaning company do the carpets. As discussed with Stephanie, I left the $50 plus a $10 tip on the counter with trust that the work would be done. Friday 3/20 I get a call from our property manager stating that nothing had been cleaned. We went over Sat 3/21 to FIND that the only thing that was done was a box of trash moved onto the front porch. I called Stephanie immediately but got no response. I called her again this morning 3/23 and she told me basically that I am lying and that the lady that works with her who supposedly cleaned said she had cleaned. NOTHING WAS DONE!! She said she "would think about it" when I told her I want my money back and promptly hung up on me. Now she wont answer the phone. SHADY BUSINESS. AVOID!!!!!

Services were detailed and efficient. Additional services were also available upon request ex: Windows and laundry. They provided their own cleaning equipment and supplies. Staff was very professional and had a friendly demeanor. I would definitely recommend them to my friends/family and my own service needs in the future.

It always go well. Stephanie has been cleaning my homes and offices for several years and always does a fantastic job. She is thorough and pays attention to details. She follows all of my changes and instructions very well. She is dependable and punctual and I would refer to any friends or family in need of cleaning services.

It went GREAT. Last weekend I had a bunch of people over for the football games and the weather was nasty out. We tracked in a lot of dirt and rain. Also, dropped food all sauce on the tables and floors and with out any surprise after they left you could not tell I had a party. Again, they showed up with a big smile and right on time. I have a busy schedule like most people do and for someone to show up on time means the world to me. If I need to change my cleaning date due to travel schedule then all I need to do is pick up the phone and call. This company is very flexible. In the future if any one needs their house cleaned give Maid Service of Lake Norman a shot. The things I love are the friendliness of staff, their flexibility, their awareness of what to clean and how to clean it and their honesty. It also does not hurt that their pricing fits right into my budget.
