LITTLE WOOD FLOORING COMPANY

Do NOT hire or trust Logan Little or Little Wood Flooring. I retained them for a $50,000 job and there were numerous issues. For example, I purchased items that his crew lost and they still have not been replaced (4 months after completion). There is also popping and squeaking throughout, which is covered by the warranty that they clearly do not stand behind. This company is a scam. The moment Logan Little got the final check he has been impossible to reach. I have left over a dozen messages with him and the office manager, yet no return phone call or message. BEWARE of this company.

floors were installed and immediately started to pop. you can see the ends of each board moving up and down. David said to wait a year which i have never heard of and let the wood settle ????? i waited a year and the floors got worse. He did reluctantly replace a small section in front of my sink and hallway . the installer said not enough nails were used and should have been glued . Little said he would do no more and now the floors are worse and needs to be replaced . he was very rude to me and my builder . He actually cursed my builder . Don"t use him for your flooring needs .

David Little came to our home as a favor to review work performed by another flooring company that had issue from day one. (His company does work for a contractor friend of ours). He went out of his way to review our situation, explain possible reasons for our problems, explain what he does to prevent problems like we have and provide us a quote. We will be hiring David to fix the floors once we get through legal issues with the other company.

Excellent work excellent price

The pantry looks great. Nice job. However, they installed the wrong color flooring throughout the entire house. And, after work very hard to convince us that we were wrong we received an additional box for later repairs that showed clearly that the color was incorrect. When their (not ours but their) supplier balked at the idea that they provided the incorrect color (mislabeled the boxes) Little Wood Flooring left us with the incorrect color and said too bad. Note that they agreed the color was wrong but said there was nothing they could do. Not their responsibility. What?! Your experience may vary but with other service provider choices out there why not use someone else. Is it worth the risk? These guys try . . to a point and then you are on your own.

They did a great job!

Beautiful results. I saw that other customers complained about dust. We had some but not a great amount. It is next to impossible to sand wood and not get some dust. The gentleman who organized everything did a wonderful job. They corrected some problems that were caused by a previous installation.

Absolutely Terrible floor refinishing experience with this company. We were told that it would be a "dustless" system used, but our entire home was covered with a thick layer of dust. They used two different finishes, matt & gloss!. They did not fill-in areas which needed to be filled-in. They missed applying varnish to numerous spots on our floors! When our restoration company contacted the owner and requested he come to our home to view the (many) problems, he refused to show up! We had to spend an additional 2 days in a motel because of their very unsatisfactory job and the time it took them to (attempt) to correct their many mistakes, (which were never completed!).
