+ 0 moreOverall very good work. Took several weeks longer then estimated, but not longer then I thought. Had him come back about 1.5 years later for estimate on new work. While inspecting the porch he stated some trim work needed to be redone and he would come back to do it. While he didn't have time for the new project (small for what he does), he promised several time to come back and fix the trim. He never came back. While we are very happy with the work he did, and the trim work is only very minor, we will not use him again. If you tell me you're going to come back and don't you're off my list.
Description of Work: Removed old wooden deck, added concrete deck with roof, moved door, patio, fire pit, and fixed separate bedroom door.

+ 0 moreWas referred to Jeff from several friends that had used him to remodel their homes on the inside. Price came in much lower then what we had expected for such a large project. Quality of work was excellent. Project went slightly longer then Jeff and anticipated, but not longer then I had anticipated. Construction site was kept safe and clean throughout the project.
Description of Work: Took down old wood deck, built a large (400+ sq ft) covered deck, brick and concrete. Also built a concrete patio and fire pit. Moved a door and window for better function and repaired an inside door not related to the deck/patio.
