Description of Work: Joel came out on Thursday afternoon and gave me a verbal quote. He and Alex arrived Friday afternoon and cleaned the gutters, downspouts, windows, doors, deck, etc in about 3 hours. Whatever chemicals he used removed all the black streaks from the gutters and left the outsides of the windows spotless. I am VERY pleased that we used Lake Norman Pressure Washing.

+ -1 moreHe was running late, but he called to let us know he was running into traffic; that is always very important that they let you know. The guy was very polite and did an excellent job.
Description of Work: They pressure washed the deck and some furniture. They also pressure washed our cedar siding facing the north, which was full of mildew.

He was extremely thorough and paid attention to each and every detail. When he finished we inspected the job together. Excellent Work!
