Meredith's number one benefit was how she assured she was meeting our needs. Meredith asked how we preferred to communicate (text, email, calls, etc) then at all times honored our style. She is a professional in every aspect. Specifically, she used innovative techniques (social media, broker open houses, etc.) paired with traditional advertising avenues. For Example: I am a data and process person; knowing this, Meredith provided weekly data links which allowed me to analyze the market as we made crucial decisions. This resulted in a successful sale in a not so easy neighborhood. Unbelievably happy with our decision to use Meredith.
