Five Star Home Inspections

Kris was incredibly professional as well as a great teacher throughout the entire process. He was professional, courteous as well as patient as I asked hundreds of questions. I would point out items I thought were important and he would help me understand why it was or was not important. I told Kris I wanted to join him on his tour of the crawlspace. I was his first female client to do so. Again he spent quite a bit of time showing me what he was seeing and how he would propose to fix it. It truly felt like a team effort! He spent 4.5 hours reviewing the house from the attic to the crawlspace. I would use Kris again in a heart beat!!

KRIS WAS VERY THOROUGH AS WELL AS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE WENT THROUGH HOME COMPLETELY MAKING NOTES, TAKING PICTURES, ETC. HE THEN WENT OVER DETAILS OF HIS FINDINGS WITH SELLER. FOLLOWED UP THE DETAILED REPORT BY EMAIL. CLIENT WAS VERY PLEASED AND MADE ALL NEEDED REPAIRS PRIOR TO LISTING.
