I was thoroughly impressed with Tim's attention to detail, creativeness in problem solving, and absolute dedication to getting everything just right, all paired with what I thought was a very fair price. I had originally thought about trying to do this job myself, but now I'm so glad that I had Tim do this job instead -- his knowledge and dedication to making it look right so far surpassed my own. When Tim came to do his free lighting demonstration, it quickly became apparent that he was thinking of things I never contemplated, and when he showed me the difference (by turning an individual light off and on), it was clear he knew how to do this job incredibly well, and took great price in getting it perfect. Let me give three quick examples of how much effort Tim put into making this look great: first, Tim noticed that there was an outlet on the side of my house that would better hide the transformer box than the originally proposed outlet on the front. He noticed that and suggested we move the box over there, because it would look better, even though it was more work for him (and he didn't charge more for this change). He also problem-solved. There was a DC converter for my irrigation occupying the entire outlet box, and he cut out the weather guard to allow that converter and and the new plug to fit, all while ensuring a weather-tight fit. Second, because I have a gable that creates a small shadow from the lights below, he tried all manner of different combinations of light types, filters, and positioning to minimize even that small shadow. Third, and this I really loved, he noticed that one corner of the home was lit ever-so-slightly brighter than the adjacent lights. I would have never noticed this on my own. But Tim was absolutely dedicated to making sure it was just right, again modifying bulbs, lenses and placement. This really impressed me -- I had already paid him, told him it looked great, and yet he still wanted to get it just right. My home looks great at night, thanks Tim!

I can't speak highly enough about this company. We are very happy with our beautiful landscape lighting. This is one of the best investments we have ever made. The communication with Divine Lightscapes has been great. This company cares about their products and their customers.

Tim was great! He came to our house prior to hiring them to do a landscape lighting demo. He placed demo lights around the house to show us how it would look. We worked together to figure out where the lights would look the best. We found Tim to be reliable, honest and dependable. We are happy with the job he did and would hire him again.

They were very thorough, took their time to explain what they would be doing. We decided to hold off on the project.

Tim and his team did a great job. They are very responsive, showed up on time to my home to provide advice on the placement of lights to maximize the effect. They answered all questions and reconfigured the lighting pattern multiple times until I was satisfied. Install went very smoothly. Once again, Tim was right on time and completed installation in a couple of hours leaving my yard as neat and clean as he found it. He even added a couple of lights last minute at my request. Product is great, customer services was great and the price was more than fair for the services rendered and products delivered. I have requested several adjustments since the original install and he has responded immediately to my calls and worked with me on the requested adjustments. I intend to add lighting to the rear of my home in the next couple of years and I will only need to make one call to Tim/Divine to arrange this service. Did a great job...well worth my business.

Tim and son returned to do the installation about?a week and a half after providing the estimate. ?They were right on time and did an amazing job. ?Tim is a bit of a perfectionist and he made sure the lights were all placed and shining?exactly where he wanted them. ?He also threw in a couple of extra lights at no charge just because he thought they were necessary to complete his vision of how to light up the front of the house. i will definitely use Tim again. ?It was nice seeing father and son working together so well...he taught his son well. just an all around great, pleasant, professional experience. ?I chose wisely based on their Angie's List reputation.

Where do I even begin about how wonderful Tim was. I first contacted him before my house was even built and he gave me an estimate Based on the Model. Well we finally closed and knowing that date I called time on a Sunday to leave a message. he answered the phone on the second ring, Came out and had the house lit up then night we closed. He was getting married that weekend and didn't want us to have to wait he said. LOVE THAT!! He also got there way earlier then expected, helped my husband carry a TV upstairs, helped us empty boxes into the garage and more. This guy is amazing. He never tried to sell us anything extra and even told us it wasn't the right time to light the back just yet. We will always use him for any future lighting jobs. Congrats on your marriage Tim.

Tim was extremely responsive with getting an estimate and scheduling the work. He took his time and made sure the house was lit up just right with no dark areas.

I saw where a Big Deal was being offered for lighting. I first contacted Tim on October 9th with questions. He quickly responded; answering all questions and providing links to the lighting and timer that he used. We scheduled a demo for late October. We were receiving a lot of rain during the time the first demo was scheduled. Tim kept in contact with us to prepare for a delay. He was actually within a few miles of the house when the rain became too hard for a safe, beneficial demo of the lighting. He called promptly the next day to reschedule. The night of the demo Tim and Josh arrived on time and discussed our options. We were prepared to get the path lights. He showed us the full path lighting, but also took the time to recommend an alternative, uplights, which he believed would look much better based on the elevation of our house to the road. He didn't rush through the demo. He took time to get the lighting properly adjusted based on angles, light reflections and filters. He was very professional in the demonstration and were very pleased with what he proposed. We purchased the Big Deal and also had two additional lights. On the day of installation, again Tim and Josh arrived on time and went straight to work. By dusk the lightning was in place and the timer adjusted as we requested. The house looks great. This was a great experience.

Excellent. He looked over all of my lighting. Showed me how to work/replace lights. Inspected the transformers and went over timers to make sure they were working properly and recommended repairs. EXCELLENT customer service. Very knowledgeable, flexible, and would recommend and use again if needed. Best Angie's List recommendation I've received so far!

I was very pleased with Divine Lightscapes. Communication was swift and efficient. And was a lot through text. Which I love because I'm not able to speak on the phone during the work day. I just bought a new house that had existing landscape and deck lighting but everything was out. I purchased the big deal and they replaced all of my bulbs and fixed all my broken connections. They were even able to do everything while I was away from home so I didn't have to miss any work. Thank you. I would definitely recommend

Spoke with Tim on the phone & he was able to come out to our several days later. What really sets Divine Lightscapes' apart is Tim's ability to show us a demo of what our lighting will pretty much look like before the actual installation. The next day we received a very detailed quote on the lights to be used, cable to be installed as well as the transformers cost for both front & backyards. We had received quotes from two other companies but we felt Tim understood what 'look' we were going for. He was also the lowest of the three so that helped too. We settled on an install date & Tim was able to do it in less than a day.There was no mess, everything was seamless. Once it got dark Tim made adjustments to the lighting so our house and backyard really 'popped'. The aspect that really impressed us was how he lit up our waterfall in the backyard. He was able to adjust the lights so that they shimmered off the water & surrounding landscaping. Very cool effect. Tim did an excellent job and was very professional from start to finish. About two weeks later one of the waterfall lights went out. I contacted Tim and he was over the next week to replace it, free of charge.While he was here we told him we were thinking of adding a couple more lights to the side of house. Two days later, installed. After we saw them at night we wanted them moved a bit and Tim was back to move them, no problem We were very impressed with Tim and wouldn't think twice about recommending him & Divine Landscapes to anyone. Terrific. The $89 deal was applied to parts and labor. Tim was clear in explaining my existing system's features and did a great job fixing everything to my satisfaction-- our house once again looks great at night.

Tim and Joshua were great to work with. They told me when they were going to be here and they were right on time. We talked for a few mintues and they got right to work. While they were putting in my new LED landscape lighting system they removed my old halogen light system that was old and dangerous. When Tim was going over the system he added another light that he thought it needed at no extra charge what customer service could anyone ask for. He did this during the day and set every light just perfect. I could not wait until it was dark so I could see what they would look like. When I went outside I was blown away and so happy when my husband got home he thought they really made the house look great. I would use them and recommend them to everyone.

Tim was excellent. He provided a thorough consultation and spent a lot of time evaluating where the best light placement would. be. When it's time to install exterior lighting in my backyard he will be my first and only call. Highly recommend Tim and we are extremely pleased with the job he did, and how our home looks as a result.

The whole experience from beginning to end with Tim was GREAT. He helped us get beautiful results and kept within our budget. We sit right on the corner of two very dark streets and the house just pops now. I know the job was more challenging than Tim anticipated because of some issues with access via the crawlspace. He had to achieve some of the wiring the hard way and was there longer than expected but certainly didn't voice any complaints about it?he just dealt with it in his usual calm, generous way. I love it when a strong work ethic and a great customer service approach intersect in one person. When he says he'll be there if we need to change the automatic setting in the future, I know he means it. I'm guessing he'd be just as responsive to the non-incoming generating service requests as to any calls we may make to him in the future about expanding our lighting to the back yard or tree line.
