Horrible. Do not recommend. They installed a lock in January and now August I have to pay someone else to fix their work. To top of off, they are extremely mean and rude.

I highly recommend Anchor. Marie was awesome and did a great job of replacing door knobs, deadbolts and hinges on 5 doors. Highly professional, fair quote and fast! Will definitely use again!

It went very well. The service person was professional and knowledgable. She installed the deadbolt quickly and cleaned up after herself. The new deadbolt is a great match for my existing door hardware and works very well.

Our family is extremely pleased and would definitely consider them first and hire them again for any future lock concerns when needed!

They did exactly what I asked for and got the job done right.

The mechanism to lock/unlock does not turn as smoothly or easily as it did prior to re-keying.

They are very responsive, very conscientious while they are in the house, about dirty shoes and stuff like that. His pricing is very good and he looks for way to save his customers money. Thats always helpful. (How many people come and complete that for you) Just the one. It took less than 30 minutes and he had to work on two locks. (How well did they leave the work space) You wouldn't know they where here

Outstanding. Terry Kern who came out here quickly figured out what was wrong. He also was knowledgeable enough to immediately say the parts for these locks should be covered by manufacturer ....locks were 18 years old. He contacted the manufacturer and procured the parts at no charge. For the front door the manufacturer sent a part that would have resulted in an ugly finnish. So Terry created a solution from other parts and solved the issue Great service. Outstanding on going communication. Definitely will use again and STRONGLY RECOMMEND

This company is great! They were very helpful with questions I had over the phone and when I realized we didn't have a key to all of the locks in our new home, they came through and found a way to have one key for all of the locks! I highly recommend them.

Terry was the locksmith that come out to change out 8 locks on a new home purchase. He was very friendly and actually early, which is hard to fine these days. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent job and did some extra doors

The repair was done quickly and the repair technician showed up when promised. I was a little disappointed there were added charges for the replacement of the lock. I had purchased a service call on Angie's list and thought that would cover some services once they arrived but I assume I only received the Angie's list discount for the service call (.e.g. trip to my house),

We had purchased the 4 locks rekeyed for $125. The company responded quickly, especially since it was a holiday weekend! Terry came out bright and early on Monday. I had emailed that I wanted to have the doorknob locks rekeyed also. He checked everything out and told me what the additional cost would be. New keys were made. He was quick, efficient, professional and nice. I'd use this company again in a heart beat!

They were perfect! Called ahead of time to confirm and showed up right as scheduled. Locksmith was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and fast. He had our doors fixed and locking perfectly within 15 minutes! Thanks for the wonderful service!

The service from first call to the end of service was very professional. They called to inform ETA, and he (Terry) did a great job to open the luck and rekeyed.

Great customer service. Locksmith was thoughtful with calling with ETA and he quickly rekeyed all of our locks. I wouldn't hesitate in using them again. A very good value as well.
