+ -1 moreI’ve been doing some e-mail correspondence from them. We’re still using them. They don’t charge a fee for buying. They are staying within our criteria for the house we are looking for. One thing that they have done is actually expanding some of the searches to the homes listed that are overpriced in that you can probably talk them down. We have looked at a house and we’re gonna start looking at their areas here this month. I looked online for a realty company that would kinda show us the neighborhood and found them to be a well-rated company. They got us to someone that would try to get us in the area that we were looking for. Our realtor, Alan, was very nice. We would go out for like 4 hours and go to different neighborhoods. He is kinda all over the place. We weren’t even really in a buying or renting stage and they were willing to do that for us. If they’re willing to do that, then I’m willing to stick with them.
