 + -1 moreMike was very conscientious and overall did acceptable work as a sheet rock finisher. He was diligent to get it right and I think he is really a painter decorator but his level of sheet rock finishing was more than good enough for what we needed. I would hire him again for a small sheet rock or painting job. He will do what he says he will do. He worked only on our job even though he had to come back during the project numerous times and that is the way he works so he will not leave you until he finishes what he had started.
Description of Work: Finished sheet rock in remodeled bath room, and closets. Painted high ceilings and walls in stairwell.

 + 1 moreEach time we've used Mike he far exceeded our expectations at a very reasonable price.
Description of Work: Mike Helton has performed numerous jobs for us. The last painting job consisted of painting the exterior trim or our 90 year old home. He has tremendous expertise in working with older homes. Previously he painted the interior of our home and did an outstanding job. We found him to be extremely adept at working with plaster and the wall renovation/painting he did for us has held up beautifully. In fact, our walls look just as good today as they did when the work was first performed. In addition, we've found Mike to be extremely trustworthy...definitely a man of his word. He has the highest standards of excellence and I can recommend him without reservation.
