Description of Work: This a terrible company that not only provided me with horrible customer service, they flat out LIED to me! When I called to ask about having my car picked up and cleaned, they promised they would have it back to me by 1:30 that afternoon. I also specifically asked them to clean the inside of the front windshield as it was so streaked that it was very hard to see out the window. First of all, They were TWO HOURS late bringing my car back and that was after having to call TWICE to ask for it. They made me 40 minutes late for an extremely important appointment because I was stuck at work without my car! Even worse, they hadn't even touched the windshield!! It honestly looked like the car had just been sitting at their shop all day and when I called to tell them they were late and I needed it back immediately, they quickly rinsed the car off just to make it look wet so I would think they had washed it! But there was still bug spots all over it and NONE of the streaks had been cleaned off of the windshield!! I hate that I ever spent a dime on this company because once they have your money they do not care about their service or customer satisfaction at all!! PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE!!!

+ 1 moreI brought my 2006 GMC Envoy in to be detailed. It was the cheapest place around and now I know why... They seemed rude at drop off and pick up, and when i got the car home I lifted up the back panel and they failed to clean in there. It was not visible from just a glance inside the car but when i lifted the panel it was filthy. Never even touched.
