Description of Work: They advised me re: my options, pros/cons of each and the cost involved of upgrading a six/seven yr. old,computer (think Microsoft Office 2003 and Windows XP with approximately 80% of the memory used) vs. buying a new one. They answered my questions, were patient and spoke simple English as in put terms in everyday language a 59 yr. old person who is not tech savy understood!
