Description of Work: Canella replaced my downstairs heat pump. They came out initially on a Saturday to evaluate and were able to switch out the units within a week. They were very professional and prompt. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Description of Work: the service was completed on November 2,2013 $12,598 They replaced the furnace and duct work under our house. The previous furnace had been poorly installed and was not up to code. They had a crew of workers working under our house for most of a week. After they finished they cleaned up very nicely. A day later Mr Canella came by to give us a document to sign to get a rebate from the gas co. and at that time I told him that one of the bed rooms was too warm in contrast to the rest of the house, so the next day someone from his co. came by with a baffle for the duct that corrected the problem and since then the furnace has worked to our satisfaction even on the coldest of days. I would grade this company and its workers and owner as the best and definitely recommend them to anyone needing heating or air conditioning work.
