 + -1 moreIt didn't. We started calling and leaving messages in August and now it is November. We were able to get one message back in early September. I finally got in touch with him on 11-08- 16 and he said that they were booked up until the end of December. He said that he would call me back to set up an appointment. So far, three days later I have not heard from Mr. Johnson.

Description of Work: Wouldn't return phone calls. Said he would be in our area once we finally did get an hold of him and said he and would call to confirm, but never heard back from him. I wouldn't call again.

Description of Work: They cleaned out the chimney and the pipe going into the wood stove. They came exactly when they said they would and they were very friendly. Their pricing was reasonable.

The provider made several phone calls to me and we tried to set up a time for an appointment but we could never find a time that was acceptable to both of us. The provider tried, I have nothing bad to report and I think that the last review did not convey what I wanted it to. Doug Vick

 + -1 moreCame on time, performed a chimney sweep cleaning process, cleaned up all residue and left. Quick and efficient and I highly recommend this company. I paid at time of service. Excellent service, very professional and I certainly will continue to use this company.
Description of Work: We burn a lot of wood and have our chimney cleaned annually or every other year. Clean Sweep is an excellent provider of this service.
