+ -1 moreCarolina Restoration Pro is what all companies in the service industry should be. Your satisfaction is their top priority. They do what they say they're going to do, they show up when they say they're going to show up, and if there are any hiccups, they let you know immediately. They went to bat for me with my insurance company and got me a new roof even though the existing roof was 21 years old and in poor shape. The quality of their work is top notch. I was a licensed home inspector in North Carolina for seven years and inspected thousands of roofs during that time. The quality of my new roof is better than any I have ever seen. Their attention to detail is impeccable - i.e., the number of nails used in each shingle, the placement of the nails, the flashing, the caulking, etc. I could not be happier and highly recommend this company.
