These guys are organized and professional. The appointment process was smooth and was able to be seen rather quickly. They were on time, completed the work quickly and explained everything up front. I wish all my projects went this well. Plan on bringing them back for some needed gutter repairs. This is the 3rd time I've used them -- very pleased with the outcome.

I've used them a couple of times. The work is okay and the price is good. The only problem that I have with them is that they don't clean up the leaves that they take out from the gutters.

We've used Window Gang for gutter cleaning for several years and they've always done an excellent job. If you are in the Huntersville, NC area ask for Carlos Aponte or Creg Stanford. They are both exceptionally friendly, thorough and professional. Carlos and Creg get on the roof and flush the gutters with a hose, ensuring the gutters and downspouts flow freely. If you'd rather not have workers on the roof, mention that when scheduling and they'll use ladders instead. Window Gang has excellent insurance and their crews have never been late for an appointment. Highly recommend.

It went great! It was an emergency since I was putting my house on the market and they came next day when I called. The price was very reasonable and Carlos did a wonderful job. I used their services before for gutter cleaning and window cleaning. I will hire them again!

I used this company to clean my gutters in November and it cost $105, by June of this year this had gone up to $183, I asked them about it and they reduced the price to $115. I also had them wash my house — this was a terrible experience. Not sure what they did but the house wasn’t even a little clean (bird droppings, spider webs lint near dryer vent, and pollen left on siding), the windows didn’t need cleaning but were left disgusting. To top it off they damaged the soffit and paintwork on siding. I complained and sent them photos, about a week later the owner called me and didn’t believe the photos and asked to come out. He walked around the house, agreed that the house wasn’t clean, he would have them come back out clean it again, clean the windows and fit the damage. He said he would get back to us the following week with a time/date. We didn’t hear from him again, I followed up multiple times via phone and email, I finally received a response telling me he would get back to me the following day with a date — that was more than 2 weeks ago. Terrible service, unprofessional owner. Will be contacting the HQ and filing with BBB regarding this specific franchise.

Window Gang did a wonderful job cleaning my windows. As this was an old house, two of the windows would not open far enough to remove the storms. Window Gang was nice enough to remove these from the outside - for no additional charge. That is real service. I highly recommend this company.

We don’t have trees/leaves but we’re worried about shingle grit clogging our gutters/keeping them from flowing towards the downspouts. They were able to check the gutters for us and clean out the bit of grit that had collected. Very kind and professional.

I took advantage of their $89 gutter clearing special. They came out within a week. I was not home at the time, but saw that everything was cleaned out and they even flushed them with water from the hose to make sure they were clear. Nice job and great price.
