The entire process is what folks are looking for. A no BS consultation with a schedule and quote that is at market pricing. The work will be completed when said at the consultation, which very rare these days with great quality.

Construction itself is different to determine when a project will start and finish. As weather changed so did our starting date. Universal had to have utilities remarked and flag lines for them to proceed causing a delay. Work was well planned out and workers were indeed artists at their trade. Very pleased at the results.

Jeff was very professional, responsive, and interested in my business. They actually made several trips to my home to provide a detailed estimate. Jeff went above and beyond with his estimate (even though I modified the requirements slightly after our first conversation). While they were just slightly more expensive than the concrete service company I selected, I really made my decision based on volumes of pre-exiting ratings. Since Universal Concrete is "fairly" new , they didn't have as many reviews as most other companies (I am providing this review to assist with this). Everything else was almost equal. Would highly recommend!
