If you need to have carpet cleaned, call Troff! Julie was awesome to schedule the job exactly when I needed it - even when I needed to unexpectedly reschedule. The two technicians arrived promptly, did an incredible job - clearly taking pride in their work - and made sure the job was done to my satisfaction prior to loading their equipment. I have already recommended Troff to several people, and would not consider another carpet cleaner after this excellent experience with them!

These guys are great to work with. Very prompt, professional and friendly - with excellent communication skills. They shared their communication plan (call ahead for arrival), arrived on time and began work immediately. They finished quickly and I'm very happy with the carpets (which had been neglected for a couple of years as we worked on other home projects). I will definitely be calling Troff back for a more regular carpet cleaning service.

This is a great company. I have only had one instance where the service didn't take (most likely due to rain) and when I called them they had someone come out the next day to redo the service. I have them perform six services in six months and the mosquito population has been way down since before calling them.

Had a group coming in two days with 5 children to visit to our home. Woke up to probably hundreds of ants marching across a number of my kitchen cabinets. Troff Pest control came in and treated. Never saw the ants again. :)

This is the start of a the third year of their treatment, This years as always: They always give me plenty of notice, on when it is time to start the treatment. They are very flexible on days and times. They showed up as promised and when completed, they took the time to explain what they did and to show me areas of concern and to watch for standing water, because that's where mosquitoes can multiply very quickly. I live in the in a area surrounded by trees, so you can imagine, before they started treating my property I could not walk outside without covering myself and my children with bug spray. Now I can enjoy the outdoors again without spraying off all over myself. I feel they are genuinely concerned for me and my family, they always take the time to answer any questions we may have and even play with my dog, he loves them too. I would highly recommend them for Mosquito and pest treatment, they take the time to give great service and not always looking to up sell you on something else while they are there, like some of the other big corporate bug companies. I look forward to enjoying the outdoors again this summer.

Excellent. They are very responsive to emails and very accommodating. Last year we could actually spend time in our backyard without being consumed by mosquitoes.

The service was exceptional from a customer service stand point. They arrive on time, the thing I like the most is that they provide what I need, and don't try to sell me more services. They also give a lot of tips for free of charge. Will definitely use again.
