Not good. Although he successfully installed recirculating pump on hot water heater, he attempted to install a pressure tank as well (I provided one "hoping" he "might" be able to install it in the limited space in the hot water heater closet. While I explained it wasn't a hard requirement (I could easily return the tank to Lowe's Home Improvement), he tried to "squeeze it in" using all kind of contortions. I reiterated it wasn't required. Yet, he spent another 45 minutes our MY time attempting to do so. Supposedly, didn't charge me for the time, but my time was wasted watching this futile exercise. Next, he installed a new Insinkerator in the kitchen. Also, a horrible experience. First, he was unsure if he could/should install a newly-provided drain hose to the dishwasher. Once again, I told him if he could not, DON'T. However, he decided to look at the situation to evaluate it. Next thing I know, he cut the hose going from the old Insinkerator to the dishwasher. The real problem is that the dishwasher hose WAS NOT A STANDARD SIZE! It should have never been cut - we could have easily just left the old hose there. So, I literally drove to one hardware store, two home improvement stores, and the Ferguson Plumbing Supplies specialty store to find a part that would fit. Gone over 1.5 hours and covered 35 miles! Nothing available. So, when I returned he improvised by creating some makeshift connector out of various components he found at a local hardware store. He was asking ME if we should try that, or just wait (really?) to see if we could find the correct connector online. The problem with his "creation" is that is was extremely long and bulky. When I explained it was HIS problem (that he created), he got really defensive and was going to just walk away from the job, leaving the drain disconnected! After I convinced him he couldn't leave my Mom in such a situation, he agreed to "attempt" using his concocted connector. Fortunately, there was barely enough room to fit the dishwasher back into the dishwasher cabinet. However, THEN, we found that the new Insinkerator made a horrible grinding noise, even though I specifically purchased the "quietest" one on the market. He had obviously dropped something in the Insinkerator, although he stated he had not. He asked for payment, but promised to come back for free and install a new (another!) replacement Insinkerator. Mom paid him. When I strived to schedule a return date, he wasn't nearly as prompt in replying to my requests as previously. He would never commit to a return date and, when he did, he didn't show!!! Do NOT give this clown your business!!!
