Estimating Good Contracting Good Execution Good Quality, all but deck was done very well. Deck needed to redone twice but eventually done well

Overall, it was a good experience. They gave a quote free of charge and worked toward that quote. They were quick and got it done in one day. My only criticism is that they did not do as thorough of a clean-up job as I would have liked, since they left quite a few nails. They did come back to do some nail retrieval efforts to address my complaints, though.

Tip Top team was always punctual, communications were prompt, our costs were carefully considered in their recommendations, and work was excellent and on schedule. As this was a second home, we especially appreciated the quality of the work without our daily presence to supervise the activity. They went beyond the actual roof work to ensure we were satisfied with the results. Highest recommendation.

They took care of the insurance. Everything went really well and smooth. The roof looks beautiful. The communication with the guy in charge was very efficient and was in constant contact with my husband. The workers were very good as well. They did a great clean-up, too. It looked like they were never here.

They did not charge me anything to come out and do the inspection. The estimate they gave me to fix the damages was about $15000. They were fine and very nice to deal with. I think it was just the worker that came out and he seemed to be knowledgeable.

Good. My wife wishes the work was done faster, but I thought they did a fine job.

Came out and did an estimate. They spoke with our insurance company about getting a new roof due to hail damage. Most of the houses around us had already gotten a new roof from their company. The insurance company only approved half the roof, and Tip Top said they would be in contact. They never responded.

They were very nice and they gave us the architectural shingle at no extra cost. They were on time. I only had one problem and that was with the painters they subcontracted with. There was paint spilled on the side of the wall off of the cathedral ceiling and they denied it was them. The subcontracted work was my only issue and the roofing project turned out really well.

Due to hail damage on my roof, I contacted Tip Top Restoration for a roof inspection. They sent out a professional who inspected the roof and helped guide me through the insurance claim process. They were punctual and very polite and even came back to meet with the insurance representative to help make sure the process went as smoothly as possible. Within a few weeks I had a check from my insurance company. My Tip Top representative even helped me choose the shingles for my new roof and he was very informative and patient, as he now knows, I can take forever to make a decision! ha ha. The office then called and gave me a time they were going to start on my roof. The roofing crew showed up on time and had it completed within 1 1/2 days. I was very impressed with the overall service. Before they left the property they asked if I needed anything else done. I gave them all some iced tea and we walked around the property, everything was in order and their job was complete. The following day a Tip Top representative came to inspect the work and also inspected my attic to make sure everything was done correctly, at this time he also helped me complete the needed paperwork for my insurance company. The process went very smoothly and I'm very happy with my new roof.
