Josh arrived and quoted the price for an hour or two worth of simple work. The quote was 955 dollars. i had 2 other plumbers later quote me between 200 and 250 dollars for the work. I still had to pay 85 dollars for them to take a look and give quote.

Three Way Plumbing was great to deal with. We called after hours but they called us back first thing the next day (we didn't have an emergency). They were able to schedule someone out to look at our project within just a few days. We had an unusual situation with a large house an a commercial hot water heater in place - they discussed options with us but actually made several recommendations to save us money and give us a better warranty. Then when they came to do the work, they called first, showed up even a little early for the work, were done before we knew it, cleaned up after themselves, were very respectful and polite. Would definitely hire them again!

3 way did not offer an in kind replacement. The smaller unit, 50 gallon versus 75, was more expensive than a 75 gallon from another supplier. Plus the plumber showed me a pressure reading saying my water pressure was very high and I needed a new pressure reducing valve. Next plumber's gauge said pressure was fine.

It went well and the work was done in an efficient amount of time. For something so straight forward and less than an hour of work, I was really surprised at how expensive this was. In the picture, the drain was moved from in front of the floor joist to behind it.

Quickly asssessed and fixed. Suggestions given for prevention in the future.

Absolutely amazing SAME DAY service. It took them ONE HOUR to remove existing toilet and replace with shiny, new, high-functioning equipment. Their team were professionals, courteous and knowledgable. We are very pleased with their service and will be contacting them again in a few months to replace another 30-yr-old toilet or two :-)
