 + -1 moreAFTER DEALING WITH ABOUT 7 OR 8 DIFFERENT CONTRACTORS, THIS IS BY FAR, THE MOST OUTSTANDING PROFESSIONAL I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. IT IS REFRESHING TO KNOW THAT THERE IS SOMEONE OUT THERE WHO TREATS YOUR HOME LIKE IT IS HIS HOME. HE LISTENS TO WHAT I WANT AND THEN OFFERS SUGGESTIONS THAT ARE MORE WORKABLE AND EXPLAINS WHY. WHEN THE PROJECT HAD DIFFERENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE, HE DID RESEARCH INTO THE CHOICES AND BROUGHT ALL OF THE INFORMATION TO ME SO THAT I COULD SEE WHAT THE END RESULT WOULD BE. HE REALLY HAS AN EYE FOR STYLES AND WHAT LOOKS THE BEST. I COULD HAVE EASILY STAYED WITH MY CHOICES, BUT AFTER SEEING DIFFERENT OPTIONS, I KNOW THAT I WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH THE WAY IT WOULD HAVE LOOKED. HIS SUGGESTIONS WERE MUCH MORE APPEALING TO ME. HE IS PROMPT & PROFESSIONAL. I AM VERY METICULOUS, AND HE IS THE SAME WAY. I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER HANDYMAN. HE HAS GREAT COMMUNICATION DURING THE PROCESS OF ANY PROJECT.
Description of Work: HE REPAIRED AN EXTERIOR DOORS MOLDING, CAULKING, & AREA THAT WAS LEFT OPEN ABOVE THE DOOR THAT HAD BEEN INSTALLED BY SOMEONE ELSE HORRIBLY. REPAIRED SOME SIDING WORK THAT ANOTHER COMPANY HAD BOTCHED, TIGHTENED FLOODLIGHT, REPAIRED SHINGLES. INSTALLED 2 HALL CLOSET SHELVING SYSTEMS INCLUDING PARTS FOR CLOSET SHELVING. BUILT PLANTERS AROUND THE PATIO, WHICH WAS A BAD JOB FROM A PREVIOUS CONTRACTOR, ADDED TOPSOIL TO THE PLANTERS, (40 BAGS) WHICH HE CARRIED. ADDED 25 LANDSCAPE TIMBERS AROUND THE PATIO. INSTALLED NEW VINYL RAILING SYSTEM FOR THE FRONT PORCH. HE ALSO TOOK DOWN THE EXISTING RAILING SYSTEM THAT WAS BOTCHED BY THE BUILDER. I HAD PURCHASED A METAL SHED SYSTEM. HOME DEPOT TOLD ME I COULD INSTALL IT WITHIN 2 HOURS. AFTER LOOKING AT THE DIRECTIONS, I WAS UNSURE I COULD DO IT. HE LOOKED AT THE DIRECTIONS AND SAID THAT THE ANCHORING SYSTEM WOULD NOT WORK IF A STRONG STORM WOULD COME ALONG. HE SECURED THE SHED TO THE HOUSE & IS ANCHORED IN CEMENT. IT IS NOT GOING ANYWHERE.
