I was suspicious when the work they recommended ended up close to $5000. But we went ahead. It's on me that I didn't research more, they have a BBB rating of F. Some complaints for overcharging. I trusted Angie to leave out companies with such a horrible record. I am disappointed.

I would Never call anyone else for septic work! Patrick, Dennis, Michael, and Amanda are amazing! I found them online at 3am, receiving a call in the morning around 8 from the friendly office manager, Amanda, offering same day service. I received a text when they were in their way. The guys worked in a horrible situation without one complaint for five hours. Sewage is not pleasant, anyway we think about it. The issue plus another one was repaired with smiles all around. If I could give Rooter Express 1,000 stars I would. I was even thanked for the business! Call no one else when you have this need. This is the company we all need! Thank you for saving the day!!!

Michael came out and was absolutely amazing. He was able up find the buried septic tank system in my background spot on with no issues. This was after a plumber spent two hours and couldnâ t locate it. I highly recommend them to everyone.
