RCS CLEANING SERVICE

I was looking for someone to do the house work. She came over and dealt with some of the business. She doesn’t do the work herself. She has people whom she hires to do the work. She went through the house and I told her my particular problems. She said she would call back after working out the price. I have yet to hear from the woman. I consider that extremely poor business practice. She should have called and let me that she had decided not to do the work. They don’t speak English well. She told me that she would work out a price, call and let me know about it. I would never use her in the future.

They do great work!

We have been a client for over 5 years. While their business has grown over time, Rachael and Fernando are very open to suggestions and/or additional feedback on things needed to be done differently. I have been very pleased with their professionalism and services. When we have had small issues, we have simply called them and things were quickly resolved. They have had a key to our home for 5 years, and we have never had any trust concerns. My husband and I work long hours, and it is wonderful to be able to spend time with him rather than cleaning our home. My home is dust free, dirt free, and I have more time to do other things.

The first meeting with owners indicated what would be scrubbed versus surface cleaned or dusted. Originally, it started with 3-4 people cleaning for about 3 hours. That soon dropped to 1-2 people cleaning for only about 2 hours. The price did not change, and the cleaning quality fluctuated up and down but mostly just degraded over time. The quality of cleaning has been spotty. They called to ask our level of dissatifaction, but follow up to set a day and time for re-cleaning did not happen. The final straw was when cleaners took or broke an important bowl we kept in the kids bathroom. The bowl had been with our daughter since birth. Unbelievably, Fernando's response to us was that we must have misplaced it. When I calmly expressed my disappointment with his response, he offered no reply. Upon informing him that we no longer want them cleaning for us, he acted as if he didn't even care. Our house was one of the easiest to clean for the price, and he just let the business go.
