The sales tech was very friendly, took accurate measurements of the door, and explained options of new doors. The installation tech took down the old wooden door, replaced the metal framing, installed the new door and cleaned up the debris, and took the old door with him. We are very pleased with their service and efficiency!

Kyle was very professional and made sure we received this service in timely manner. He noticed a slight track alignment issue and corrected it. First Class Service.

I hired another garage door company to install a garage door (my old wooden one was rotten and a spring had broken) and it didn't go as planned. Kyle with Pro One was excellent. He was on time, efficient, and properly detailed the work that needed to be done after initial inspection (replacing worn out garage door opener). After he was given approval for the job, he returned at a time which worked for our schedule (on a Saturday!) and completed the work in a reasonable time frame. He was courteous and professional. Called on Friday evening and we arranged a discounted price on the phone for Monday at 8AM. He arrived on time and had the new springs already on the truck. Then together we decided that the crossbar bearing sets were shown to be excessively worn; so he gave me a package price which included new safety cables and bottom support brackets. Completed repairs, adjusted performance with the speed / torque, and corrected the photo eye. Totally happy with a job well done.

Went great. Kyle was very responsive and eager to answer all questions. Spent quite a bit of time responding to my requirements. Pricing was competitive. My only concern is that he is a "one man show" and I am looking for a larger company with enough employees to ensure timely response in case I have issues. When you're the owner, technician, etc, it may be hard to keep up with all the demands. However, Kyle seemed very energetic and smart - I expect he will do well in the future!

Kyle was very helpful in replacing the seal on our garage door. He even helped me with our garage keypad while he was there! He had to leave because we needed something else replaced when the seal was removed and I had to leave town but he worked with me and was still able to get it done so I wasn’t late leaving either! Would definitely recommend him!!
