Description of Work: Had the local High Point representatives give us a quote for tank/tankless gas water heater replacement. I called them back to arrange for a firm quote on the tank offering and to schedule an installation. I didn't receive a call back so I called again. Then I called a third time. Then I called the corporate office. They said they'd get the local supervisor involved. No one called. So we went with another provider.

+ -1 moreThey did an excellent job. Very professional. PNG arranged for the inspection also. They came at the time they said they would. They job took as long as they said it would. There were no additional charges beyond the original quote. The men that came to the house were pleasant and hard working. Even in the setting up of the gas logs, they were professional. And they took the time to make sure we understood exactly how to use the new logs and remote control.
Description of Work: They installed more natural gas piping to reach our fireplace and installed and setup the new fireplace logs. So we now have a gas fireplace instead of wood burning.
