I contacted Dave who was extremely responsive and professional. He had good recommendations on another web rating site and his price was below the others I had checked. He came when scheduled, cleaned up leaving everything spotless. The grout dried looking just like it had when new 6 years ago! I will definitely be referring him to friends and calling him again myself!
Description of Work: I had the grout cleaned and sealed in a large kitchen and laundry area (300 sq ft). The grout was very dirty after six years of rough use by multiple tenants.
