They provided their service as the installers of windows I purchased at Lowe's. They showed up when expected. One window, out of 4 to be installed was damaged and unpackaged when they picked it up from Lowes. A window crank was missing, a screen was mangled, and the crank housing was cracked and chipped. They worked well past 7 PM, long past what I expected. I was in a hurry to get them out of there so my inspection was lacking. Nonetheless, caulking was smeared over all the windows. One "trainee" as he was removing old material rained the pieces down on top of my A/C units and shrubs. The interior caulking was incomplete and not even done on one window. They left scrap material in my shrubs. They left a rag of with caulking stuck to my outside A/C condenser. The casement window did not operate correctly and "hung-up" as it was opened. And even after all these issues as I called Lowe's to argue about the poor quality, I was generous to the installers and did not hold them accountable. I understood they were tired. I had to complain, and call, and call and complain to Lowe's to get the window replaced. They wanted to buy me off. I said no. They then sent the installer out with the parts I was missing and the new screen. The new screen was the wrong size. I spoke cordially with the same "lead" installer told him I did not hold him responsible for the crappy window and we shook hands as he left. The kicker is, the installer claimed that I was a hostile work site. After weeks of fighting just to get what I paid for, I was a hostile work site because I complained about what everyone should complain about. And I was never once hostile towards the installer. I told Lowe's when I began my complaint process that I fully expected my complaints to backfire on me. That just because the money I earned was going towards supporting them and their installers. I had no right to expect a product in good condition or the work to be done properly. This is what this country has come to.
Description of Work: Install replacement windows.

They return calls promptly and arrive on time. John was very thorough and knowledgeable, and he did excellent work. He also cleaned up well.
Description of Work: They installed French storm/ screen doors. They are an installation service for doors, garage doors, and windows. I bought the door separately, and the chain hardware store who screwed up the first installation picked up the bill.
