Excellent. Was very happy with service provided!
Description of Work: In June dishwasher installed by occupant. Apparently fittings were not clamped, thus small slow leak started behind the dishwasher. Leak (puddling) became apparent 10/31/2020 in general area of kitchen near dishwasher. Removed dishwasher and saw that the drywall was blackened. Assumed this was the beginning of mold. Need assessment of this area and removal as soon as possible

He was very professional and found the problem immediately. He took care of the mold and advised us to get a dehumidifier to run in the basement to prevent it from happening again. I would definitely hire him again or refer him to a friend.
