Description of Work: This is the second time we have used Leanne for real estate. We sold our house through her and went on to purchase another one due to upgrading to larger home. It was a unique situation- we went under contract on 3 homes before ending up with our final one- they all fell through due to mold or active termites. The situation was very situation but Leanne was patient in helping us find the perfect home. The house we ended up with was even better- due to the great family neighborhood. My girls are very happy with all of there new friends in this great community. Thanks for being so persistent with us- and helping us get through challenging times.

Description of Work: I retired from the military in 2005- since I was still in NJ- I was referred to Leanne Pogue (then another company, now with Remax Gold)- she helped us find a home in just a week when we were down in Charlotte. She listened to our concerns- about good schools and found us a great house in a good neighborhood. The sale went very smoothly and we closed prior to me retiring and moving to NC.
