My husband called Mr. Meyers after receiving a quote we could not afford. He was amazing. He came right out and worked with us to get us back to having working plumbing with the resources we had available. Now that it's over, he feels like an absolute miracle. Going from looking at having either a financial disaster or having our home reduced to glamping, to now being in a fully functional house, it's just such a relief. We could not be more thankful. Highly recommended and we will be keeping his card.

My first negative experience with Angie's List. I called and left messages for Meyers for two days (10.22&23.2019) and sent an email on 10.22. I couldn't get in touch with him so I was never able to request the service I needed. I assume from the great rating/reviews that he must be very busy, but still disappointing. I found another plumber (not on Angie's List) who completed the work satisfactorily. I will use Angie's List in the future.

It was fine. They came on time, replaced it, everything is working, they cleaned up after themselves

Provided estimate the day I called. Gave me pricing on two options that I requested. Gave all-inclusive price for a 50 gallon Rheem natural gas water heater, expansion tank, new ball valve, gas line dirt leg and labor. Price included removal and disposal of old water heater. They showed up on the scheduled date and time and completed the whole job in one and a half hours. They were polite and courteous throughout. Will use them in the future.

I don't remember when exactly they came out but maybe it was mid May. It was for something I bought through a low store and then they were sent through to us. My interaction with Jim Myers Plumbing was excellent. He was very good at what he did and he did a great job. I would tell my friend, family member or neighbor looking for this kind of service provider that he is very good and has done good work. I would use them in the future if needed.

I called another plumber who was going to charge twice as much. Jim Meyers was recommended to us by the company that sold us the sink, and their plumber, Kurt, turned out to be excellent. He showed up right on time, and he cleaned up after himself.

Dave Lloyd came out to install my dishwasher. He immediately told me he did not think he could get the old dishwasher out because my kitchen floor had been replaced and the new ceramic tile did not leave enough room to work with. Nonetheless, he insisted on trying, and then when the old one could not be extricated (after it was half disassembled), he reassembled it and left it in better shape than he found it. He was personable and helpful and he had a great attitude. He came up with a solution regarding getting someone to cut the counter top trim (which would provide the needed wiggle room), and he cleaned up behind himself. So, I spent an hour away from work, and I still do not have a new dishwasher installed, but he was so darn pleasant that I'm not in a bad mood about it. I wasn't looking, but I have found myself a new plumber.

I called this company on 10/24/06 and they never returned my call.

Although we were pleased with the original installation of a tankless water heater through Lowes and this plumber, it was difficult to get maintenance 2 years after the install. It also took several calls to arrange the first maintenance. We decided to replace the entire water heater, and we requested an estimate from the plumber, but the plumber never responded.

In both cases, the men sent to do the work were excellent (Boyd Cox was the 2nd one). They were on time, polite, and did excellent work. (I cannot include an actual cost because they were subs for the home improvement store, but we will definitely hire them again!)

Office and workers were both very pleasant and helpful. Appeared on time and cleaned up well afterward. Made a return trip, promptly, to adjust water pressure in one toilet.

I was very pleased with my experience with this company. The plumber (Boyd) was efficient without being rushed, clearly knew what he was doing, and took the time to make things look ''nice.'' EG polishing the copper pipe coming from the wall before he sweated on the new stopcocks. My toilets are rock solid although they are both sitting on somewhat uneven tile floors and were actually pretty wobbly to begin with; Boyd used pocket change to level them out somehow, one toilet was about 3 cents worth of work and the other about 20 cents worth (counting the various pennies and dimes). When it was time to redo the supply stopcocks for the pedestal sink, I had the pedestal in the bathroom but he wanted the sink also and went down to the basement to get it - this allowed us to determine that the lines were fine where they were, thus saving dry-wall injury. Nancy is the office person and she is always pleasant and efficient. Altogether an excellent local company.

The installation was done on short notice (next day after purchase). The plumber (Frank) arrived approximately on time, was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and did the work in a timely manner. I would be pleased to have him do additional work in the future. Phone responsiveness by the office was somewhat less than desired.

JIM MEYERS PLUMBING WAS GREAT. SUPER CUSTOMER SERVICE, EFFICIENT, AND FRIENDLY. THEY FIXED MISTAKES MADE BY A HANDYMAN SERVICE THAT LOWES SENT OVER TO HOOK UP A SINK.

I'VE USED PLUMBERS BEFORE, AND THIS IS THE BEST SERVICE I'VE HAD! THE YOUNG MAN WAS PHENOMENAL. HE REALLY KNEW HIS STUFF. I THOUGHT MY DISHWASHER HOSE WAS A LITTLE SHORT, BUT HE ENDED UP MAKING IT WORK.

LATER I DISCOVERED THAT THE WATER WAS SLOWLY DRIPPING FROM THE ''PRESSURE RELEASE PIPE''? I NOTIFIED THE COMPANY & STEVE CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY & DISCOVERED A DEFECTIVE PRESSURE VALVE. AT THE SAME TIME I HAPPEN TO MENTION TO STEVE THAT MY WATER PRESSURE FLUCTUATES ALL THE TIME & HE RECOMMENDED INSTALLING AN EXPANSION TANK W/C TOOK CARE OF THE WATER PRESSURE. THE FOLLOWING WEEK, DESPITE THE SAFETY FEATURES OF THE WATER HEATER, IT FAILED CITY CODE INSPECTION. LOWES NOTIFIED JIM MYERS PLUMBING & IN TURN JIM CALLED ME TO SCHEDULE INSTALLING A METAL STAND, REQUIRED BY THE CITY INSPECTOR. STEVE CAME THE FOLLOWING DAY, AGAIN EARLY, & INSTALLED THE METAL STAND - TOOK 1 1/2 HRS. (NICE) I AM REALLY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM JIM MYERS PLUMBING, ALBEIT SOME INCONVENIENCES. THEY FOLLOWED UP ON ALL THE ISSUES MENTIONED & CORRECTED THEM W/VERY LITTLE INCONVENIENCE TO ME. ALTHOUGH IT WOULD'VE BEEN NICE TO HAVE IT ALL DONE IN ONE DAY. REGARDLESS, I WAS HAPPY W/MY OVERALL EXPERIE
