+ -1 moreJeff is a wonderful guy. As you can tell from the story, he is honest to the core. The install took 2 days and at the end, I did not have a mess everywhere and I did have a wonderful system, that is so much quieter and more efficient than the old one. I am confident Jeff stands behind his work 100%. I am going to have him replace the gas furnace and AC for the first floor. He has already told me I can reduce the size of the furnace thereby saving money, without sacrificing comfort.
Description of Work: Replaced my second floor heat pump including outdoor compressor unit, replaced all attic ducting and rearranged it, so each duct had its own feed and baffle at the fan. Researched different units for me, since I wanted to go with a Puron unit and get 14 SEER efficiency. Returned what he was originally sold by the supplier after he got suspicious that the system was not what I wanted. Called the manufacturer to confirm whether it would really function at 14 SEER and the answer was no, so back it went. I was having trouble figuring out which baffle went to which room, so I made tags for them and Jeff came back the next day, strictly to put the tags where they belonged.
