Better than I could have expected
Description of Work: I had a couple of broken sprinkler heads. They came and analyzed what needed to be replaced, set a date to return with the new sprinkler heads, changed them out, and reprogrammed my system to be more efficient.

Description of Work: I had requested they come out to give me an estimate for sod installation. Rick called me back and noted they are busy this time of year and was very honest about their work timeline and said he'd be more than happy to come out and take a look at the property but he just wanted to make sure that was within the timeframe I needed my project done. Unfortunately I needed the project done sooner than the timeframe he gave me. The honesty was much appreciated though and I'd be happy to do business with him in the future on other projects.

Description of Work: They were very prompt about coming out to the house to look the job over. Promised to get back with us with a written estimate. A week went by and my husband contacted them and they promised to send an estimate. 2 months later now and still no estimate or phone call. Total waste of out time. Definitely would not recommend them.

I sent the quote on May 14th to the email that we had been corresponding to several weeks. I actually came out to the house a second time and met with your husband to make sure of some measurements. I informed your husband, as I do every other customer, that I'm not a contractor that presses for a decision, that I will wait to hear from him with questions, changes or comments. I'm sorry, that you didn't receive the quote, it was sent, and because we had no problems prior, I had no reason to think you didn't receive it. A simple phone call or email would have resolved it. Had your husband indicated he wanted me to follow up I would have, but typically, people want to think about it and decide for them selves. I understand the 15 min's that you invested appears to be a waste of time, but the hours I had invested, driving out there twice, putting together the quote and then getting a response like this, is very frustrating and is a disservice to me and the hard working people of H2O-Matic Irrigation & Landscaping

[Member Name Removed], I am truly sorry we didn't meet your expectations. Just a couple things, we didn't farm out your work, Daniel and the crew are, and have been on my payroll. As I look back, I know we were to meet and I also know I was extremely busy and you fell through a crack. I am sorry for that and I don't offer it as an excuse. I can assure you, I would never let a project not be completed as it should, intentionally. Please give me a call and lets see if we can resolve this. Its been 4 Months since we installed the Sod, and to be honest, its probably an easy fix. It's also a better time to of year with the cooler temperatures. I'm a little disappointed, that you felt I wouldn't stand behind my work, but I guess, because of my failure to get back with you and look at the finished product, I understand. Please accept my apologies and let us know how we can resolve it.

Description of Work: retaining wall. The company was very thourough from the start. We recieved a qoute and there were no extra charges even though they needed more dirt for the back fill. The workers are professional and timely. There was no mess left behind... just our beautiful wall and the work area seeded and straw down. Thank You H2O! Jim and Kim Westendorf
