 + -1 moreI contacted them 4 times, sent pictures of my issue, was told someone would be in contact, but nobody ever called to come out and do an estimate. They could have at least told me they weren't interested in doing the job instead of just ignoring me.
Description of Work: New retaining wall and solution to drainage problems, new shrub bed border and mulch.

 + -1 moreWe asked for them to come out and give us an estimate to clean up our front yard, add mulch to the flower beds, etc. We never received a quote or a follow up phone call. Horrible customer service!
Description of Work: Nothing! it took two attempts to even have them show up for an estimate.

Description of Work: We contract Groundmaster for all our lawn and grounds care. They have also done design and build work on a number of projects including a beautiful stone pathway in the back of the house. The product they use is always top quality, such as plants and pine straw. I enjoy the landscape design assistance, as I might have an idea, and they will take this and improve upon it. They always clean up everything when finished. They handle our watering system as well. When we have had an emergency, they responded immediately.

 + -1 moreI called, and the owner is always very friendly and professional. Since it was a smaller job, I told them it was okay to squeeze me in on a day when they had time, and they showed up about a week later. They did a nice job of shaping the trees and cleaned up all the debris they created.
