+ -1 moreThis company used to have a wonderful reputation. Their homes are top quality, but customer service is very lacking. I don't like to give derogatory reviews, but a simply returned call, follow up on agreed work to be done, would seem easy to do. Grady Cook Homes are upscale, expensive homes, and good quality, but customer service, terrible!
Description of Work: Since buying the home, we have not gotten any support from the builder. Numerous messages have been unanswered. At the beginning, we gave the builder a list of problems with the new home. Some smaller issues were solved, then there was a total unresponsiveness from the company.
