+ -1 moreThe sales representative for home builder recommended Walter Franklin to do the job. She said he does a lot of sprinkler systems in the community. Yes he does and a lot of people are furious with him. When we had our sod put in by a company they had problems because the lines Walter Franklin put in were not deep enough. There were heads in the wrong place. It was a nightmare. Several homeowners have reported him to the Better Business Bureau, but that has had no effect. He changes the name of his company on his truck with magnetic signs.
Description of Work: We hired Walter Franklin to put in our sprinkler system and bury downspouts.

+ -1 moreHe is a nice man and reasonable in price. He is sometimes hard to get a hold of but has always come out to fix what ever needed to be fixed.

+ -1 moreI WAS PERFECTLY WILLING TO PAY FOR THE REPLACEMENT PART, BUT HE HASN'T CALLED ME BACK WITH ANY INFORMATION. HE STILL HASN'T CALLED ME WITH ANY FOLLOW UP, AND IT'S BEEN A MONTH AND A HALF AT LEAST.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED A COMPLETE IRRIGATION (SPRINKLER) SYSTEM FOR ME. ABOUT A YEAR AND A HALF AFTER THAT I STARTED HAVING TROUBLE WITH ONE OF THE HEADS. I CALLED A FEW TIMES TO GET HIM TO COME OUT AND REPAIR IT, BUT HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK. I FINALLY GOT HIM ON THE PHONE, AND HE SAID HE WOULD COME OUT AND FIX IT. HE TOLD ME THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE THOSE STYLE HEADS AVAILABLE ANYMORE. I TOLD THEY COULD GO AHEAD AND REPLACE IT WITH A SIMILAR PIECE, WHICH THEY SAID THEY COULD DO. THE REPLACEMENT, HOWEVER, WORKED NOTHING LIKE THE ORIGINAL, IT SEEMED A LOT CHEAPER. I CALLED HIM TO COMPLAIN, AND HE TOLD ME HE WOULD HAVE TO ORDER THE REPLACEMENT, AND THAT HE WOULD CALL ME THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY TO FOLLOW UP.
