Wish I could say. Ken is not returning my phone calls. I got an estimate which I thought was fine and let him know I wanted to move forward with the project. He said he could start around the first of November. I called and left a message mid October to firm up the start date. Never received a return call or an e-mail with an update. So I guess I need to look for another company for the job.
Description of Work: I contacted Ken about refinishing some hardwood floors in a master bedroom and in the future a large living and dining room area.
