Installation was done neatly. Explanation of operation was professional and clear. Techs were prompt and courteous.

As I anticipated based upon my initial meeting with Mike Andrews, the entire process from start to finish could not have gone any better. The installation crew were courteous, knowledgeable, and immaculate in cleaning up. My wife marveled at how she couldn't even tell we had this major installation take place. I would highly recommend CMA Mechanical for any HVAC work and will definitely continue with them for long term maintenance of our new system.

PERFECT......crew is very professional, courteous and incredibly knowledgable about heating and air conditioning systems. Performed the work in a timely manner too. Mike is very polite and punctual. He and Dennis did a great job of the install. Becky and April in the office were a pleasure to work with as well. Mike Andrews at CMA should be your first call if you have HVAC needs.

While we did not end up going with CMA for our furnace replacement, I would highly recommend Mike and his company and will use them for future maintenance and business. He was extremely professionalism and honest throughout the entire furnace shopping process. As a landlord it is breath of fresh air to find someone that is upfront and honest about the products and services.

The equipment was reviewed and a future possible problem with the motor assembly identified. The technician stated no action was needed now as the motor is still functional.

A highly competent company with unmatched expertise and core values. Two brothers completed the work on time and with extras. They noticed were needed. The company owner also reviewed and gave us excellent estimates and talked over exactly what. Was needed for our system within our price range.

Read many reviews of different companies on Angie's list and Mike's company had the ratings and services looking for. All the positive reviews were correct. Couldn't have asked for a better company from Mike to April to Becky in the office to the technicians that installed our unit. All were very professional and very responsive. Our old unit was only 8 years old but had been installed poorly and we had 3 major parts go out on it. I have been touting their company since install. Even the electrical inspector from Cabarrus County had nothing but good things to say about CMA.

We were given the costs of replacing the blower only or the entire furnace with pros/cons and their recommendation. Once we decided on a new furnace a date was scheduled and multiple phone calls were made providing an update and details on how the installation would go. The install took most of the day and they had an electrician come to handle some wiring changes with no extra charges to us.

We had an AC Emergency. After working with another company that was WAY overpriced, we called CMA Mechanical. Mike & his company were wonderful from the very start. Mike was upfront & honest with his price which was far better than the competition. It was going to be a couple weeks before they were able to come out so they repaired our current unit at no charge so my wife & I could stay cool before the new unit was installed. The whole process was easy. The installers were nice & informative. And it was nice to get follow up calls. We are very pleased with our new unit & are grateful we called CMA Mechanical. CMA teams began the work early in the morning and completed both systems that evening. Worked a total of 13 hours to complete. All work was very professional. The system on the second floor required some creativity to get the air-exchange in a tight space.

It went wonderful. Mike and his team are the best. We have never worked with any repair men of any kind that go above and beyond like CMA. Dennis came yesterday and had it fixed in no time. They have been taking care of out A/C for years. They are honest and don't try to sell you unneeded parts and maintenance like most other business's..
