+ -1 moreI stopped using them because I was not happy with their service. I think they charged me $150 for the capacitor and another $250 for that 10 minute service call. They were the company that installed the system because that was a new house. I've been in there 4-5 years. It was outrageous. They were responsive but they were too expensive. I'm so furious. I wrote to their office and challenged them. I didn't get any recourse. That's where I said they're going to lose me as a customer. They came out quickly. When I challenged it while they were there, they said that's industry standard and gave me the run around.
Description of Work: They came out and spent 10 minutes to determine that I had a starter capacitor that was bad on my condenser unit outside.
