Van was very helpful and informative, not only was he able to inspect he also was very knowledgeable about many things around the house, even approximate costs. Would defiantly recommend, he is a bit pricy but you are defiantly getting someone who knows their stuff.

Van was great!! After he finished with the inspection, Van explained in detail what he found. Just a day later, my wife and I had a full report. This will help us in making a decision on repairs. I strongly recommend anyone with concerns about their home or just needing an inspection for resale, Carolina Home Chek is the company to call. Van was on time and professional. We really appreciated the work he put into the inspection. We will use Carolina Home Chek for any future inspections. Wonderful experience!!
Description of Work: I had concerns about our foundation. Rather than hire a foundation crew for the inspection, I used Carolina Home Chek. Van did a thorough inspection of our foundation & attic.

I used them twice and they were good. He was very good. They charged $339 for the first house and $298 for the second one. He treated me good. He was excellent. I have never seen stuff like that. It was a pretty good experience. If I buy a house in next June, then I would call him again. I expected the price to be more.
