I Have tried to dry clothes for a while over and over, so I thought by purchasing a new dryer vent this would help, but to my disappointment it didnâ t work out the way I wanted it to. I finally called carolina duct and crawl a couple months back and they came the next day. Marquise was my tech guy and walked me through the process of what might be preventing my clothes from drying. He worked hard for a game plan and figured out what was going on with my dryer, my dryer vents havenâ t been cleaned and so he cleaned them and ever since then I have had no problems drying my clothes thanks so much!

The customer service they gave was awesome, Marquise and his crew took there time with me to help provide information that was needed and also these guys found ideal problems where mold was coming from. Great work!

It was fair but felt like it was not a thorough approach. Cleaned with a wet VAC felt I could have done.

make sure you check behind them they will not do a 100% cleaning job and you will have debris left behind after watching the video of there cleaning time I am 99% percent sure they did not do a full cleaning of my trunk line even though I paid for a full cleaning charging me for 2 trunk lines they were out of the crawl space area in 5 min after going behind them and pulling out my filter it had debris the box the filter is contained in also had debris

Do NOT use this company!! You will be missing valuable items if you choose to use them!! We hired them to come out and clean our air ducts. The next day we realized that a pair of Jordans from our master bedroom closet were missing after they left. There was no reason for them to be in our closet as we have no air vents in there. So far the company has been less than helpful. When my husband called to talk with the customer service rep, he insinuated that we were lying and made a joke out of the situation. If you hire this company to work with, be prepared to have items from your home go missing.

I hired Carolina Duct in July 2021 for a dryer vent cleaning. Clearly the duct was not cleaned as my dryer was still giving me problems. I called the company again and the other technician came and still did not properly cleaned the vent. I finally hired another company to put a camera through the vent only to realize that there is a massive birds nest in the vent.

Guys came out and did the job i.e., to remove dust in the house, but soon after and even today, we still get a lot of dust.

Stay away from them. The tech who did my ducts did a terrible job. He used some sort of mold chemical that left a bad smell in my house for a long time. I would not recommend using them. Although they can several times they could never identify the problem.

Great job! Guys were super friendly and helpful. They came and explained everything clearly to me. Worked quickly and efficiently to get my vents cleaned.

I am very satisfied with this company. They were punctual and explained the process and products to be used. Bryan and his helper were very user friendly and polite. I have mild COPD and could feel a big improvement in my breathing immediately and the improvement continues daily. I plan to have them come annually to follow-up and treat the ducts. Money Well Spent
