I typically try really hard to support local businesses as it is good for our community, but unfortunately, this is one that I will not be able to recommend to anyone. I originally scheduled an appointment for them to come look at my hot tub, as it quit working. I made arrangements to take the day off so I would be home to meet the technician that morning.. At 4:30 pm that day, he had not shown up, and I had not heard from anyone, so I called the store. The technician was there! He said that since he wasnt able to get to me in the morning, he had decided not to come! The technician did, however, come straight out, and diagnosed the issue as needing a new heater, which he would have to order, and would have the next week. The next week came and went, and I did not hear from anyone. So I called the store again, and was promised a call back in 2 days. The 2 days came and went, and no one called, so again, I called the store. This time I was told the technician would have my hot tub repaired in 3 days or less. Needless to say, the 3 days came and went, and still no call, no technican. So again I called the store, and the scheduler told me that he could not help me, that I should speak to the owner. So I left a message on the owner's voice mail, asking him to please call me, so we could get the repair scheduled. Another day came and went, still no contact. At this point I don't even know what to do. The technician took my part, so I cannot even get another repairman to handle the job. I marked this job as performed, because some work (diagnosis, ordered part,) was actually was performed, but at this point, I do not know if it will ever be completed.

IN SPEAKING WITH OTHER POOL COMPANIES, I HAVE LEARNED THAT THERE HAVE BEEN 'MANY PROBLEMS LATELY' WITH THIS COMPANY.
Description of Work: INCOMPETENT, SLOPPY WORK. CHARGED FOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED. OWNER AGREED TO DROP THE OVERCHARGES THEN TOOK ME TO COURT. HE WAS A 'NO SHOW' TWICE AND THE CHARGES WERE SUSPENDED. THEY WERE SUING ME FOR $277.38.
