Ronnie really knows his stuff. He is experienced in roofing, plumbing, electrical. But his expert work comes in flooring / foundation repair. He insists that proper permits are obtained before the work and his work be inspected by the proper entities in the county. This is done to protect the homeowner. The type and quality of work would be documented for future inspections (as the sale of the home). Our floors were squeaking and did not feel secure. Ronnie crawled in the crawl space to dig footers, add concrete, and install six drop girders to properly secure the floor of our home. He came to work when he said, and worked late, as needed to get the job done. Now the floors are secure and solid. No squeaks. He did a great job and again he can offer suggestions on, and do just about anything relating to home repair.
