Description of Work: They opened my irrigation system, I was not home so they called me and I then realized that I missed the appointment time. They asked if a neighbor had a key to let them have access to the garage where the timer is or is there any other way to get to it. I gave them the Guess access code to my garage and they were able to complete their work as I was pulling in the driveway. They are the most professional people of all the contractors I have ever used, can't get any better then that!!!

+ -1 moreI received my annual notice from CharMeck Utilities indicating I needed to have my backflow preventer tested, which was accompanied by a list of approved companies. I checked for those on Angie's List and found Best Rate Back Flow. I left a message, received a call back within minutes and was able to schedule the service within a week. The owner was very friendly and professional. After the work was done, I received an invoice along with a copy of the report itself, which they filed with CharMeck Utilities. Quick, easy and painless - the way good service should be!
