BARBEE APPLIANCE REPAIR

Service technician arrived on time and it was determined heating element needed to be replaced on the dryer. Work was completed on the spot as he had what was needed on the truck. He was friendly, professional and fair on pricing. He will be my go to person for any and all appliance repairs.

Exceptionally professional and helpful even though I couldn't use his services. I had a broken refrigerator of a type he could not fix. He asked the appropriate questions and guided me to others who he felt were capable to do this work. I'll be sure to call him for other repairs I may need. This is the type of guy I want to talk to for ideas before I buy my next major appliance!

It was refreshing to come across so knowledgeable, helpful and honest. As it turned out I did not require a technician to come to our home. Everything I needed to know was explained to me over the phone. Most people would've come out &charged me a service call fee. He was great. Mr. Barbee was the most courteous, honest, and pleasant businessman I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He came same day within 30 minutes and knew what the problem was in 5 minutes. He knew the history of problems and previous recalls on the device. He fixed the problem quickly and shared suggestions to help make the refrigerator more efficient. I give him a whole hearted endorsement. He saved us from spending $2,000 for a new one.

Steve returned my phone call and relayed he did not service Samsung washers. However, he was helpful in offering some information as to whom I should contact and an approximate cost range I could expect. I appreciate the time he took to help me despite his inability to profit.

Mr Barbee arrived on time. He explained my problem and fixed it with no delay. He is very knowledgeable. I will use him for other repairs and tell others he is a good deal.

Very honest and upfront, he couldn't help me with my issue as he didn't service my type of fridge but gave me some great advice that he didn't have to do. I would use this company in the future for sure

I replaced the dishwasher

I have a GE dryer that started making noises and smelling funny at age 4.5 years. What a piece of junk. Mr. Steve Barbee made a diagnosis of the problem over the phone - he knew exactly what was happening and why and his description fit perfectly with what the dryer did. He advised that it was not worth repairing. Then he spent considerable time giving me great advice on how to choose a dryer. When I couldn't fine one that fit his specs and side vented I called him again and he gave me more great advice on my options and why side venting shortened dryer life, then he gave me a referral to someone he trusted who could change the venting. I think the only appliance I have worth fixing is my 18 year old Frigidaire refrigerator (back when they made them to last) and if it starts acting sickly I will definitely call Mr. Barbee.

The cost of the repair was going to be more that the item was worth so no work was done.

Excellent, prompt service! Very knowledgable -- explained in detail what was broken, how it could be fixed and also how to prevent future problems. Can't rate this company highly enough!!

It all went very well. You can call them up and they come right out and fix whatever the problem is.
