Armstrong Mechanical Services

My A/C went out at home and even though Armstrong focuses on commercial work, they offered to come out to take a look on the same day of my call. Even when I told them we could get by a day or so, these said they'd by happy to stop by at the end of the day. They did just that and fixed with problem within an hour and serviced both units. If all companies were are reliable, customer focused and competent as Armstrong Mechanical, we wouldn't need Angie's List. I'd like them to know I really appreciated their service.

I had to call it in with my warranty company, but it ended up being covered, so, ya, I mean I'm assuming everything is good now because like I said I rent the house out.

These guys are the real deal! I would recommend them to everyone. We called to have our HVAC system checked and they were out the same day. They spent hours trying to fix the problem, left to get a part, and came back the same night to repair the system. They checked in multiple times the next day to make sure things were working properly, and when a new problem arose that day, they were right back out to check it out. Again, they spent hours trying their very best to fix the system. I have never experienced service like this with any other type of repair company. They are top notch, and I would hire them again in a heartbeat. I can't say enough good things about these guys!
